Concrete Paver Patterns
Pavers by Ideal offers a wide range of attractive paver shapes that can create Patterns with Style™ and designs that no other paving material can match! The color, shape, and visual texture of our concrete pavers are all important elements that add ambiance to any landscape setting. Create eye-catching pavements by using different colors to compose patterns or weave contrasting textures of tumbled and traditional paver styles together. You can even design custom patterns with 3-dimensional graphic design effects!
Most of our shapes can be installed in a number of patterns. You can choose from classic herringbones, stack and running bonds, elegant basket weaves, free-form designs, and dramatic circles, fans, or sweeping curves. Some pavers such as Symetry and Uni-Anchorlock have shapes that lend themselves to patterns specific to their geometry. Others, such as Yankee Cobble, MillStone, and Town ‘N Country, can be installed in virtually unlimited patterns and combinations.
For most residential pedestrian applications, such as patios, pool decks, and walkways, any pattern can be used. While running bond and basket weave or parquet patterns are suitable for residential driveways,
herringbone patterns provide the greatest degree of interlock. Stack bond patterns and larger paver sizes such as our 12" x 12" Plaza Pavers should be utilized only in areas subjected to foot traffic.
